1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern access to Terravalue's public websites. By using a Terravalue website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Individual products, customer portals, or services may include additional terms that control for those offerings.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Links and integrations may lead to services operated by third parties, including mapping providers. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Terravalue does not control third-party services.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the websites and their content are provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Terravalue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use a website.

Nothing on the public website is legal, regulatory, lending, appraisal, investment, or real estate advice. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and compliance obligations.

7. Changes, suspension, and termination

Terravalue may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a website. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Terravalue may restrict access when it reasonably believes these terms or applicable law have been violated.

8. General provisions

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control do not create liability to the extent permitted by law.
